Exchange and Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase with us. So if you are not 100% satisfied with your shirt or service, you can either:
To exchange or return your shirt:
Returns and/or exchanges must be made within 30 days from receipt of your purchase. The product must be returned unused, in the original condition you received it, and with the original packaging. You will be responsible for shipping to return/exchange an item so be sure to check the size chart in each listing before ordering to avoid unnecessary size exchanges. A proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. Refunds are only given for the total cost of the item, shipping is nonrefundable.
Once you determine you’d like to return or exchange a product, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason the item is being exchanged/returned, and a photo (if the reason is due to damage or poor printing). We will respond with the address where you can ship your items back.
Once your item is received we will inspect your return to make sure it meets the conditions stated above. We will notify you by email that we received your return and the status of your exchange or refund. If your refund meets the conditions above, your return is processed within 2-3 business days and at which time, a credit is applied to the credit card used to originally purchase the item. If you require an exchange, your new shirt will be created immediately, and shipped out once your exchanged shirt is received.
